Applicant verification was time-consuming. Fund investors were verified manually, creating delays in a process that needed to move quickly. There was no e-signature capability, meaning document workflows relied on offline processes. Email triggers for sales process updates were not configured. And the system needed an audit for performance issues that had accumulated over time.
